FAQ

How does the pack of 5 work?
Choose any 5 keychains (mix designs and colours or repeat) and the discount is applied automatically in the cart: you pay €29.99 for all 5 instead of €44.95. Every 5 keychains counts as a pack: 10 keychains for €59.98, 15 for €89.97, and so on up to 50. Any extra units that don't complete a pack (for example, with 12) are €8.99 each.
Can I add it to the Infinity Garage?
Yes. On the Infinity Garage page, tick the keychain box: with the pre-Black Friday offer it's only €5 extra (€8.99 on its own) and you choose the design.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
We prepare the order in 1-3 business days and delivery can take 7 to 15 business days at times of high demand. If it's a Christmas gift, we recommend ordering before 28 November.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return it. If you change your mind, you pay the return shipping; if it arrives damaged or wrong, we cover it. Write to us and we'll explain how.
