Shipping countries

We ship to Spain and all European Union countries.

Shipping costs

• Spain: free.
• €3: Portugal, France, Germany, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Austria.
• €5: Ireland, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
• €7: Greece, Cyprus and Malta.

You will see the exact amount at checkout before confirming your order.

Processing and delivery

We process orders in 1-3 business days. We ship from international warehouses and, at times of high demand, delivery can take 7-15 business days depending on the destination. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Taxes are included in the price: you will not have to pay anything on delivery.

Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

These territories are outside the EU customs territory. Shipments may be subject to customs formalities and import taxes (such as IGIC or IPSI), payable by the recipient.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before paying. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible at kom.store.store@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipping.

Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected time, arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, contact us at kom.store.store@gmail.com with your order number and we'll sort it out with you.
